Correction: Do not enter any letters or symbols. For BAPAT, use 0 (zero) for a trace amount.
When: The confirmation page displays the previous round data
Why: This is a PAT Portal Issue. Your submitted data was likely captured correctly
Resolution: Submit the bug report or contact PAT Staff via email and mention "Previous Round Submittal" and we will respond with a confirmation image of your data as submitted.

When: Your organization's individual analysis results are unavailable.
Why: It is possible your organization has an outstanding balance and access to the individual results has been withheld.
Resolution: Address any outstanding balance to regain access to PAT Reports.
